The Bottom-Lock Slat provides an economical and attractive way to enhance any chain-link fence. Bottom-Lock Slats appear flat but are tubular in shape. These slats have reinforced legs inside for extra durability. Our Rite-Way Fencing Bottom-Lock slats have patented reinforced channels that provide a snap-in locking effect for security. These attractive slats also deter vandalism. These slats are generally about 3.5 inches shorter than the overall height of the chain-link fence they are attached to. They are available in several different height options: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 or 12 feet high. However, special height requirements are available upon request. Bottom-Lock Slats have a wind load and privacy factor of about 75%. Pexco is the largest manufacturer of Bottom-Lock slats, which are marketed under the PDS brand name. The exclusive patented locking design means that you can be assured of the highest quality materials, from the raw materials used in manufacturing to the finished product in your fence.

FinLink Slats

The FinLink slat offers increased coverage, with a unique configuration of three privacy fins. FinLink is used with a patented bottom channel, ensuring that all the slats are evenly placed within the wire and will not slip to the ground.

Design:

Our unique patented design includes a rigid, flat tubular body, with legs inside for extra support. There are three flexible fins, two on one side and one fin on the reverse, which are positioned on the side of the slat body. The FinLink fins are not serrated, providing a smooth, finished look.

These are 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 feet.

Litelink Slats

Our LiteLink slat is one of the most economical chain-link enhancement products available in the market today. Manufactured using the same durable outdoor plastic as our standard tubular fence slats, this single wall, ‘M’ shaped slat provides excellent visual screening and color enhancement at a very affordable price. LiteLink also uses our patented bottom-locking system, for fast and easy installation.

Design:

Compact and lightweight, LiteLink’s unique shape enables the slat to self-stack. A package measuring 2” x 4” contains enough material to cover approximately ten linear feet, making it easy to ship and simple to store.

Winged Slats

When you need increased privacy, our Winged Slat® is the answer.
With the proven quality and durability of our standard slats plus unique “wings” for extra screening and security, these slats are self-locking –
no channels are needed!

UNIQUE PATENTED DESIGN:

Includes a rigid, flat-tubular body, with “legs” inside for extra support. Flexible and resilient wing portions are positioned on each side of the slat body. Serrations are added to the wings for easier installation and locking power.

STANDARD HEIGHTS:

4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 feet. For heights exceeding 7 feet, we recommend using (2) two half sizes (i.e. for 10 ft. fence use two 5 ft. slats) this will help during installation and will not lessen privacy.

WIND LOAD AND PRIVACY FACTOR:

Approximately 90%.
